Text of Complaint by Kishan patel:

 

I have booked hotel in delhi but by mistake I have selected wrong date i.e. on 25th Nov, I have done payment also. So I tried to Modify date but not able to do so I cancelled the booking within 5mins & I booked again for 26th Nov.
I tried to contact service department for 7times but they always told to stay on hold than after waiting for 10-15mins, call gets disconnected.
Requesting to please initiate my old booking refund.
Old booking :JRHS9413
New booking: RDXC2498
