I raised a complaint for my ola S1 pro electric scooter about grab handle damage and abnormal sounds from vehicle…after two day the service provider called and said you have to buy care plus plan otherwise we will charge to visit your area and I bought care plus plat it is around 3500….after that there response from any one…..still one week passed…….the ola support team has resolved my complaint even not inspect my vehicle they were not visited my site too…..I reopen my complaint still no response from support team
