I’m raising this issue on Ola cab services.
I have taken a ride whose id is CRN 6547317772 on August 10th 2022 around 8AM and i selected “Ola postpaid” as payment method. Driver has accepted my ride after couple of cancellations from other drivers before. Driver reached and requested to pay in cash Rs.245 and assured to get my money deducted in my Ola Postpaid account. He dropped us safely, collected cash but he was unable to stop/end the ride from his account as he was facing some technical issue. And the bill went upto Rs.600 at the time he ended the trip.
I have made few calls and messages following up post the generation of my postpaid bill with the driver and he assured the same to resolve it.
Few days later i have received a call to repay my Postpaid bill from Ola support team and i explained my issue and dispute was raised then.
I have written multiple mails, follow ups to the Ola support team “Support@olacabs.com” till date i have not heard beck from them in any form of contacting like any message or any call.
