I took loan from moneytap last year. I have closed this loan with foreclosure amount. It is more than 35 days now and i am requesting them to provide NOC and trying to reach them all the way , but no response. Even if you reach grievance team, no one will respond . I am in trouble now because i am Appling for home loan and they asks for NOC proof for loan closure .I am trying to reach them with all contact numbers and mail IDs shared, i have not received any reply .
