Subject: No Response on Complaint ID G1760881140788 – Extremely Poor Service
Dear Mi Support Team,
My name is Subodh Kumar Pandey from District Rewa, Madhya Pradesh. I own a Mi TV, which suddenly stopped working while in use, and now the screen shows vertical lines.
I had already registered a complaint regarding this issue – Complaint ID: G1760881140788. I received a call from Mr. Harbhajan Singh, who informed me that an engineer would visit within a day. However, it has been 3 days, and no one has visited yet.
Now, your customer care number is not even responding, which is highly disappointing. This shows very poor and unprofessional service from Mi.
If my issue is not resolved immediately, I will be forced to take the matter to the Consumer Court for appropriate action.
Please arrange for an engineer visit and resolve my issue at the earliest.
