I am unable to make and receive calls on my jio number. SMS is also not working. This has been the situation for more than 2 weeks despite multiple complaints. Initially I complained about it to the customer care and there was no proper response despite multiple complaints.
Then I registered a complaint with the appellate authority of jio and still there was no response and the complaint was closed without resolving the problem and there was no communication sent to me about it. This same incident occurred again when I registered a new complaint with the appellate, again no response and complaint closed without resolution.
The solutions that they provide during the call do not work and this has been brought to the notice of jio telecallers. I even visited their jio store 4 times and they were also unable to help me out.
Kindly resolve at the earliest.
