I have booked tickets for a movie named Ghani.The management of Globex cinemas,mindhi village,visakhapatnam had cancelled the movie due to some maintenance issues they hadnt informed to me in any modes of communication stating that they had cancelled the show.As i didnt had any information about show cancellation
I went to theatre , and asked the management a token of apology for fuel expenses they refused to do so.i want to raise a complaint for the irresponsibility of the management
I’m watching acharya 11:15pm @ screen 4 show on 29th April. My seat is F12. Its a worst seat. Kindly consider about this issue. No one will face again this issue soon.
