Text of Complaint by Vinshul jain:

My product was suppose to get delivered by 10th and later got rescheduled for 14 March and suddenly today i got a message saying that it is out for delivery. On a Sunday i have a plan to go out and i asked the customer care to give me a brief idea about the delivery timing they said wait till 7 pm and asked me to call the delivery agent and delivery agent have not picked up the call after calling 5 times. My entire Sunday is ruined just because of mismanagement between the delivery and service, this is a repeated issue they deliver when they want to and while on a customer care call they hung up the call without giving the resolution
