Text of Complaint by Vinodh:

I had bought a bldc fan through Amazon prime online from vendor : Digismart Activa care of Tech vision company, Delhi

When the fan started working within a short span of time , reported issue to te vendor with all details. But no response from service centre nor they have a plan to care about customer who buy products from Amazon.

Issue is local electrician said the fan cannot be serviced.. company has no support. Left with no choice
