I purchased a bed on 19/8/2022 on line and payment by paytm 2699.00 my order no 22946 but till date no response.

Please raise a chargeback dispute immediately. Any customer who does an online transaction can claim a refund of the charged amount from the payment gateway up to a certain period of time. Chargeback is the term used for such a claim request. The payment gateway will block the payment to the fraudulent vendor and return the money to the customer if fraud is proved.
