Dear Sir/Madam,
I have been your customer for the more than last 4 years.
Earlier I have approached many companies for to return of product and they have given me best services,
after our side product’s return window closed
I have recently purchased below product on 27 May 21 online Amazon platform.
Product name : Boult Audio Bassbuds Q2 Headphone wired.
On 5 th Jun 21, the product got damaged ( left Earpad broken)while putting on my ear in morning .
Returning the product window closed on 3 rd jun 21.
I have already registered the product soon after the purchase for 1 year warranty.
First of all I have not given any Warranty Registration number on email as product got damaged on 10th day after the purchase done.
I have only one email on warranty subject.
Secondly, No response from company regarding their return policy on the said product.
Customer care no mentioned on email is having no use as ( auto reply mode )given reply as customer would received SMS .Till date no SMS received.
Kindly resolve issue.
Such company would damage your reputation being most trusted online shopping platform across globe.
