I have made a payment of Rs.16500/- to M/s. Bharani Infotech Pvt Ltd. on 13th Dec 2023 vide ICICI Bank. On receipt of the payment, I received acknowledgement as well as two set of files (Work files- Page 1 to 150 and 151 to 300) on 14th Dec 2023. Subsequently I have completed the files and sent back the files to Support team on 31st Dec 2023. To know the status of my completed file, I have been trying the support mobile No. 8101814406 since 1st Jan 2024 and the mobile is switched off as well as there was no response for my mail from the above said company.Please take strict action against this company as they have been posting wrong registration number on ministry of information site.
