1) On 2nd July I ordered a water purifier & got delivered on 5th July
2) After multiple follow ups installation was happen but we noticed that the product is defective
3) Amazon promised that they will exchange the product but it never happened, then they again promised that they will take the product & refund my amount.
4) it’s been more than 45days, i followed with customer support team & spoke with dozen people but no one resolved my issue
5) then I went through twitter … for first two twist I got response stating that their social media team will take care but now there is no response at all in twitter
6) Not sure how this will get resolved
