Text of Complaint by Anil Kumar:

Hi. I purchased Amaron UPS HB1550A-24V on June 24th 2024. It’s been a month, this is the second time I have issues with the inverter. I contacted Customer care on 27th July 2024 and complaint has been registered with no. GS24700054662. They were supposed to clear the issue within 48 hours. But I didn’t get any call or message from this people. I’m fed up with this kind of service. I urge you to take action against them and I request you to let them take their inverter back and return my money.
