I have filed a concern for my amount refund due to one year package of Airtel dish was stopped by Airtel. I have top uped one year package with the suggestion of customer call in Aug 2018. But it was stopped by March itself and they told they will refund my money at very earliest… As of now I have not received money and my package has not so extended as well. I reached the customer care toll free and raised so many request but no responsible yet… They simply telling backend team will reach you and it will be resolved by so on so days.. this is continuing for every call I made. I need to stop this and ineed to get my money refunded. I have the request number as a proof and reference and also I have recorded the voice during the conversation with customer care supervisor as an evidence. 83270959 and 87748228. Kindly do the needful.
