I bought airtel xstream during lockdown. My society was sealed at that time. They delivered the box at the society gate and guided over phone for the connection. But theere was always a poor connection as I am not a trained person to do it. After the lockdown is over , I requested them many times to make a visit but they always denied it and asked for money. Why would i pay when i have already paid for the new setup box. No help from the airtel thanks app also as there isn’t any familiar topic over there.
