I have created a request with Airtel 6 days before asking for an IP address but no one is able to give me any response on the resolution. I have probably called them more than 20 times as I am in urgent need of the IP, but each and every person I spoke to gave me a different update and the same thing that its escalated and the technician will reach out to me for follow up please wait.
How many escalations steps you have for it to be escalated 20 times but still no update. ????
There is no proper communication between different teams and no proper update being posted on the created ticket. I am frustrated here.
