I complain in airtel customer care how can i use my rolled over 200 GB internet data? Also what is the speed of data ? if i start hot spot of my device and connect 3 devices then what is the speed is it same “or” if i download 30 GB data in my device then the speed for all 30 GB remain same as 4G or after 1.5 Gb other 28.5 Gb speed will 2G ? But all executive commuted me about solution on call but no action taken by them.
After this thing i decided to move Jio from airtel. so i paid my bill and generate portability code so i have a code for 4 days , during this days a airtel customer executive called me and promise me to resolve my problem and give me a batter plan in place if existing plan. Again i trust them and wait for response but again no body will response and i loose my portability period, Now if i want o move then i have to pay my bill again , i again pay it and all thing happen again because of my trust on airtel i suffer this type of thing twice. i generate code after paying bill and they contact me and convincing me for batter solution from airtel and the portability period is over
So now i am not paying bill and i visited to personally airtel Ahmadabad customer care office. i heard new thing from him my billing amount is 1352 Rs and if i want portability code then i have to pay it. i told them a all thing happen also Airtel execute Mr. Nipam told me Airtel has no solution for networking issue and he give me 295 rs wave off in this bill. i request them if its a matter of wave off for just 295 then why i am hear. I pay my bill by airtel app and generate portability code. unfortunately he know me from last 7 year but i really disappointed his behavior. i request him give me satisfied wave off and convert my postpaid number into prepaid plan with airtel but again he not responded.
I also mail noddle officer but no reply found
