RESPECTED SIR/ MADAM,
NELLORE DEALER FOR AIRTEL DTH SERVICE IS NOT GIVING PROPER RESPONSE AND SHOWING NEGLAGENCY TOWARDS MY NEW AIRTEL DTH CONNECTION.
NELLORE AIRTEL DEALER SAYS PLEASE PURCHASE DTH CONNECTION FROM MY SHOP NOT FROM ONLINE . SO WE CANNOT ABLE TO DO ANYTHING THIS PROBLEM.
AS PER NELLORE DEALER :
HE SAYS PLEASE CANCEL ALL YOUR PREVIOUS REGISTRATIONS TO ACTIVE THIS NEW CONNECTION.
BUT I UNABLE TO CANCEL MY PREVIOUS REGISTRATIONS THROUGH AIRTEL PHONE CALL TO AIRTEL DTH SERVICE.
WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW. IF YOUR UNABLE TO SLOVE MY ISSUE PLEASE INFROM ME.
SINCE 2 DAYS I HAVE NO PROPER RESPONSE FROM AIRTEL DTH CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBERS AND FROM NELLORE AIRTEL DTH SERVICE.
NEW CONNECTION INSTALLATION DATE 10-06-2021 TIME 11 TO 1 O C;LOCK P.M BUT THAT DATE AND TIME EXPIRED STILL NOW NO ONE RESPONDED.
