Hi,I wanted Airtel sim that has been bought four years ago(ph.no:- 9790476516) into my name due to an emergency . Currently it is in my mother’s name. For this, we went to Airtel office in Lakshmi mills,Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu and provided all the required details plus paid the cash as per them on 16th of November 2018. I was told the number will get deactivated in a week and it’s been 15 days since we are waiting for that. We tried calling that particular person and he is not answering our calls. I need this to get fixed soon and never expected such kind of attitude from Airtel company.
