I had registered a service Request(10047400661) with Airtel on 7th Jun Jun as my Airtel Fibernet Internet services was not working Since Morning. No Representative from Airtel have ever tried to reach me over my mobile or have never attempted for a site visit to diagnose the issue. I called up Customer care daily as no internet is affecting my work as am doing Work from home. Irrespective of repetitive calling no action was taken from airtel to resolve my issue. Every time i called they made a false promise that i will get a call back and technician will visit my location but neither of that happened. i was fedup and requested for a cancellation ever for that they promised cancellation team will call back in 1Hr neither that happened. Iam Extremely devastated by the poor response from Airtel and the robtic responses from their representatives.
