I have requested for shifting my broadband connection from one flat to another in the same apartement in Bangalore on 19 June. Today is the 6th day and have not received a a call from technician till today.
Every day I call to the customer care and the answer is it will be done by EOD at 6 PM. And the result is same every day. How long should I be waiting for this? If it is not possible please provide a refund for the same as I have made an annual payment. I will go for another service provider.
Really unfortunate for a customer to keep following up every day.
