I transferred my vehicle from mumbai to bangalore, got the noc from mumbai rto, then contacted itzeazy to faciliate the registration process in bangalore, they mailed me to send the soft copy of documents and also asked to make half the payment(4500) which i did, then after 15 days of no update their relationship manager stopped resonding to my mail and messages, also their customer care number always says that the relationship manager will get back to you, when asked about refund they said that only relationship manager can give details about it, but here that person is not responding at all.
