For the flight cancelled for a single pax, the goair airlines have already processed all but Flipkart us delaying it for more than 20 days without any response.
I would like to inform that there is not a single response from the
Flipkart team on the issue with booking ID FF20112910753402 .
The cancellation request was created on 19th Jan wherein 15 day time line
crossed , apart from that 2 other 48 hour timelines are over.
But still not even a single call back or even a response mail.
Regret booking on Flipkart and the customer service is even more pathetic
wherein everytime the same quote is repeated “wait for 48 hours”and nothing
happens.
Will there be any resolution at all from your end?
Deeply concerned about other fellow members who booked through Flipkart
with some changes.
Please help me with the issue or else guide me if I need to take some other
measures.
