This email is regarding the issue raised after my car service done last month and after two days i raised problem with my Steering is not aligned properly. Even I took a Miles Membership also which assures for good service, its being a month but there is no resolution yet. Also I claimed the Gomechanic Warranty.

When the service Buddy (Sonu Prasad) assigned I clearly told him to provide all the old parts to me but the same gas not been done. Below are the other issues:
Comprehensive Service:
1. Cleaning and vacuum not done properly.
2. Wheel are not balanced while driving wheels are not stable.
3. Alignment report provided but steering is not maintained properly.
4. Sound coming out when releasing foot break.

Other than Comprehensive service so many parts has changed which i mentioned above not provided back to me.

This is worst experience that am struggling with Gomechanic from last one month. I called ao many to customer care to resolve this issue but no response as of now. The. Escalation Manger ( Mr. Manoj) assigned to me he called me once to resolve the issue, but bow he is also not answering calls.

First time i get my car service done by Gomechanic and such kind of service makes unhappy to me.
