My SR no is 133391476 which is not resolved since 3rd July. It is regarding not able to use internet. Supervisors are playing with me, holding my calls for 15 mins to respond, till now no engineer is visited to my location. Daily I am calling, no respond from customer care. Extending days after days to resolve issues. They are trying to avoid my calls and daily cheating me that today will be solved.
