After n number of daily complaints, and hours of calls being put on hold. The service mechanics from Airtel are not fixing the issue. They do not respond to calls, or fix the issue. We have been facing this issue for months and have the complaint number and logs on record. The cable laid in the gated community does not allow us to opt for another internet service provider and Airtel being the sole service provider does not resolve any issue having knowledge of the fact that customers do not have an option.
