This is so frustrating that i had raised a complaint because i am getting Super Speed of 1Mbps & Regular Call drop/no signal/poor network. That complaint is open since 22nd september and not a single followup received from Airtel.
Because its my problem i had to call up helpline number and miserably failed all 4 times. First 2 calls were just the formality of updating complaints. Today I called up 2 times out of the 1st time a lady committed for a call back by 2:30 from the network team but did not receive any call.
2nd time i called up around 4pm and another commitment was given by a guy who was comfortably working from his home whereas i am still unable to work from home like him.
Till date the network is so poor that even when i want to call helpline i have to stand out of my flat and keep my mobile outside my house if i want to use the internet.
Pathetic!!! 1 Mpbs speed is what Airtel mentions in their Ads??
Call drop is so irritating i did not receive a single successful call.
Last – by any means Airtel has no rights to charge me for these duration and disconnect services due to billing issue/unpaid bill till the time i get a confirmation that issue is resolved or cannot be resolved so i can opt out for another service unfortunately!
