Hi
I am using Airtel DTH TV with ID 3003441630 for more than 10 years.However on 21 May 2020 I launched a complaint that my reciever antenna got misaligned due to cycloan on 20 May 20 with Complaint No 24182762.
But still the complaint is unresolved despite 3 reminders to customer care. They only gives a false assurance that I will get resolved within 72 hrs and an engineer will contact you.
But then there was not even any message, forget about the contact by the engineer.
Other peers in the DTH thing has been very active and resolved their clients complaints. This is a very poor service provided to its faithful customer.
