My name is Russell Allen and i have a total loan of 231000 something i have been paying on time even though i use to take a loan so that I could pay Hero Finance on the 8th of every month but i use to do that and my salary would be between the 10th to the 15th. My mother is sick and she has a heart ailment and suffers from asthma now. Hero has already landed up in my address so mother was about to faint when my father took her in. So i do have the intent of paying , i lost my job but i do have another job but with a small salary. Hero finance is not willing to be in my shoe to understand that I’m in a very delicate mental edge in my life right now. The DSA agent promised me that after 6 months of payment before or on time, will earn me a top up so that I can cope up with expenses. But Hero has paid no heed to my request but very bluntly kept on sending me emails , calls and whatsapp messages for repayment. I asked Hero to re-construct my EMi, they refused, requested them to change the EMI date, refused again. So Sir/Madam please understand that i want to pay but Hero finance is not giving options to pay in my terms as my situation but instead bow down to the evil without any code of ethics used here. Is this unfairness i have to carry with me? I request fair justice , please
