NO RESOLUTION GIVEN A more MONTH COMPLETES YET:: INVESTIGATION DETAILS REQUIRE:: ORDER No# 403-2124820-3035541 Replacement Order No# 408-8979634-6851535 For replacement order raised but took wrong parcel still I am waiting, no response from 20th Apr, who is right contact person to close this issue
I tried sending the email also many follow up done but still no status or no progress to recover the items, I need to escalate this which so long pending, and you do not have tracking system to refund the product which you took wrongly, where is that parcel now? when will you deliver our parcel to home? Give me escalation team contact number and email id?
