I had raised a complaint on 3rd July with Airtel call centre, from my registered mobile number 9748700619 for a set top box upgrade. Till date I have not received the upgraded set top box. I am unable to watch any channel yet my monthly re-charge balance is reducing. Airtel’s apathetic representatives at the call centre assure me that the “process oriented” needful will be done “at the earliest” and a “call back” will be done by a senior official to resolve the matter. When a senior official calls me, he/she diligently verifies my name, address and customer-id and further assures me that my case has been categorised as a “high priority” case and a resolution “is on the way”. They further go on to add that I “need not worry anymore”. Beyond such shallow promises no futher action is being taken by Airtel. Would like to bring this to the notice of the concerned authorities so that a redressal is received by me with the next 24 hours. Please note, I have already waited for 10 days without getting any solution. Thank You.
