I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with the service I have received from Amazon in relation to Order #408-9858155-0345138. I purchased a Livpure GLO PRO++ RO+UV+UF+Taste Enhancer Water Purifier for Home, which unfortunately turned out to be defective upon arrival.
My ordeal began on August 1st, 2023, when I promptly initiated a return request for the said product. Despite my efforts and numerous complaints, my experience has been nothing short of nightmarish. It is now 26-08-2023, and the defective product remains untouched at my premises as no one from Amazon has come to collect it.
I have lodged multiple complaints, seeking assistance and resolution, yet each time I am met with fleeting assurances and no concrete action. The assigned executives have repeatedly generated pickup requests, only to see them inexplicably canceled. This cycle of disappointment has left me not only inconvenienced but also frustrated due to the lack of accountability and transparency.
In an attempt to expedite a resolution, I explicitly requested an advance refund for the defective product. Regrettably, this request has also fallen on deaf ears. The lack of support and timely response from Amazon is disheartening, to say the least.
