- Asked the representative to solve my issue regarding the network. So representative said in your area there is network issue and you will have to wait for 2 hrs. So i asked then why my brother is using the same airtel network with full speed internet. So the rep said, it’s a good thing that your brother’s network is good. But you will have to wait for 2 hrs. So I clearly asked my question why isn’t my network working. So the previous statement is repeated and no resolution. Pathetic experience for the first time.
