My name is sushil kumar i am from sector 23 sonipat house no 2501 last days i complaint so many times for my LED screen related problem but the company engg visit at my place once check my LED and said it will be covered under warrenty but the serial number of product you entered is wrong complaint with right serial number then direct call us we will visit and resolve your problem then we complaint again and as they said we call them no one will visit after that day we called them and complaint again and again but no response given to us after that company engg called us after so many complaint by us and said its a damage on screen we will not proceed it for repair but its a manufacturing defect or somthing natural error in that screen i request you to kindly resolve my problem the service given to us is very bad and no help will give to us they change their statements i am attaching images of my LED bill and some audio files of conversations. This LED is gifted to us in my marrige in November 2022. I request you to take a strong action against my complaint.
