My name is ALIKYA RAO.I have ordered Fire-Boltt Beast Pro Bluetooth Calling 1.69” on 17.01.2022 through Amazon and the product was delivered on 20.01.2022. While receiving the product was in working condition.But after 12 DAYS of use it stopped working, and is neither getting charged nor getting ON.I have registered for warranty in Fire Boltt Site.
I have logged a complaint by sending mail to support@fireboltt-complaint.freshdesk.com AND infocare@boltt.com on 01st feb 2022. After so many mails but no use donot replace the product donot reply from fire boltt team but fireboltt team was talk to me product will be replaced after checking the defective product, and the product was donot picked from my home till date. fire bolt team was says to 15 days for the replacement .Its being now more than 15 days, still no response from Fireboltt team.I contacted the FireBoltt customer service through phone and they replied it will soon be replaced and no replacement have been done till now. I humbly request you to consider my complaint and take initiative. ?
