Dear sir/Madam,
We have taken an Airtel broadband connection,but currently internet service is not working. We have sent a a mail to 121@in.airtel.com.
No reply from their side and we have tried to call to the customer care number(121/198/12118). In that number there is no option to raise the complaint or talk with the customer care representative.
