I have ordered a Samsung Refrigerator 345L from Flipkart on dated 18.4.23 and paid full amount of Rs. 28510/ on prior basis. It was an exchange value. Flipkart Order Id was OD327867701720392100. The delivery date was within 24/4/23.
On 25/4/23 at 11.45pm night the delivery agent came in my house and pickup my old refrigerator (in working condition) and while carrying it to load it in their vehicle, they unnecessarily carelessly damaged my old refrigerator, they have broken the left front stand (leg), tampered the walls and made scratches.. then they brought the new refrigerator from their vehicle and while unboxing, there found so many tampering and scratches in that new one. I deny to accept this new damaged product. They again brought my old refrigerator from their vehicle and it was found severely damaged.. i asked them for fine as it seems to be tremendous carelessness. They did not provide us fine. Then they kept both the refrigerators (damaged new one and old one) in my house, ask me to write a letter that I am keeping the both and they will deliver new undamaged one within two days plus they will pickup both these damaged refrigerators on that time.. but on 27/4/23 suddenly the status showing item delivered on Flipkart, while I didn’t receive any new undamaged one..They didn’t picked up the old exchangeable item. Even they are not sending fresh product.. and unnecessarily harassing me. I am unable to use any refrigerator at this moment.. I need justice..
