I have purchased, realme buds air 3 neo at realme.com(30/07/2022). It is defected so i have decided to replace it then i will go for F1 infotech solutions madurai and ask it ,they are promising your product is defected so we are told that You will wait one week . But till now my product is not replaced, and no proper response ( rude behaviour) then you will wait another one week , then ill ask they tell wait for another one week . Kindly help me. Thanking you
