Sir, i have ordered 1 pretige roti maker prm 4 through Paytm mall order id – 11431427943 dated 28-07-2020 for Rs 2155/- , payment made through paytm. Product was delivered to me on 10-08-2020, it was in damaged condition. I have given all the details of damaged product including images on the same day i had received the item as per customer care complaint help line suggested and also talked with them. My customer care complain id are 169140701, 169133385 , 169109631 .But they simply closed all the tickets without resolving my issue. As in delivery status it is written item is not replaceable. But how can we accept the product which is broken . Kindly help me to get replace as i have already paid Rs 2155/- to them for the item.
