Text of Complaint by Rahul Singh:

I was having issue with my oneplus bud pro in left earbud no working properly so I raised complain on oneplus customer care on 4th June 2023, oneplus said its a pickup and drop services so they told me to raise online. Its been 20days no one came to pick the item, I also visited sevice center in Kormangala, Bangalore but they denied my request. So I am still waiting for my resolution. When I am calling Oneplus care they are not helping me to replace the item which is still under warranty and the item value is Rs.10,000.
