Hi
My name is Ashok
3 moths back i have taken a loan from mobikwik (60000)
and i am paying on time emis of everymoth last 2 months back 1 fraud transaction is happen on my accout thats the reason i have complainted and mobikwik team was deactivated my accout after that there is no option to pay my mothly emi and i have sended soo many mails to mobikwik due to give me a option to rerpay my loan but no one are not responded to my mails and there no option to pay my emis then payment was late and its late payment then mobikwik team was adding chrgses to my loan accout due to late payment., here i dont have a option to pay then again adding charges how its possible ..
I have so many times contacted but no response from mobikwik team
So thats the reason iam complainting here
i request you to please take an action regarding this issue
