It’s been month we did not receive any assistance for purchase of marq 8 kg washing machine. Machine is not at all working. Need refund for rs 12568/-

Now we may file a complaint legally and rech out to consumer court against flipkart marq for selling Wrong Product with cheap quality and service and to fool customer in services.
What’s the use of having warranty for 2 + 5 yrs? If there is no services provided after purchase

I gifted this to my sis for ease.. Now her husband expired and machine not working.. How pathetic it is..
She shd be sad in demise or she shd wash the clothes?? Tell me
Or she shd get double frustrated??
Even after 100+ mails NO service provided.
