Its very unfortunate and very bad experience with team of Xstream Boradband service of Airtel in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. I am very old customer for Xstream Broadband, Airtel, I am using same connection in Jammu since long time without any problem. On that basis recently I got another in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh (24A, Shatabdipuram, Near Scindia statue) on 13/07/2023 with Xstream ID: 075115473991 by the name of Saloni Sharma. Within a week start the problem in connection, we lodged the complaint on 18/07/2023 (No.: 10212398064) and problem took about more than 1 week in resolving after many calls and emails. Again service has stopped on 20/07/2023 and we again lodged the complaint and it was assigned for technician visit at 12-1:10 PM on 20/07/2023, but unfortunately he did not come, even I have called many times. I had contacted to senior persons in Gwalior Mr. Naveen Mudgal (Mob. 09109949269) but he never picked up the call. Personally, I have lodged the complaint about the poor response or such behaviour of Mr. Naveen Mudgal at customer care centre, but no action has been taken to yet. In this series most of time internet connection was dead.
Now its dead from 27 Sept., 2023 and I lodged the complaint in the same day, after that called many times to the service center and have sent many email but still no one visited to resolve the problem. Eventhough I tried to contact MR. Naveen Mudgal, he is also not responding. Eventhough now 121@airtel.com is not responding. In this case as a customer, what we should do? Its very unfortunate. Now I am not bothering about internet, I can switch over to another service provider, but I want to fix the responsibility of the concerned and legal action against responsible person for such serious damage in my children’s education, which affected due to continuous stoppage of internet service even after my advance payment for 6 months.
I should not expect such worst service from airtel, the responsibility should be fixed. If your team is unable to findout permanent solution then please immediately disconnect he connection and refund my paid amount, so that I can go for another service.
I hope the strict action would be initiated against concerned to fix the responsibility and same feedback would be communicated to the customer.
