I bought a LG Speaker from Amazon, in Mid of Nov-18 and warranty was upto one year. Within 8-9 month of purchase the speaker stopped working. I complained against the same in the company and a technician from LG came but he said he is not able to solve the problem and told me to that it will be replaced in next 15days.
But nobody came and the agent closed my complaint mentioning that i’ve not picked the call. But nobody called me. I again registered a complain but the boy asked for box that box is having Model number sticker but the stickers are placed on product not on box i sent them image of having sticker of model no & other details but they did not resolvemy problem. They were willingly doing this so that warranty period is expired. The warranty period expired and i did not get replacement. LG is making fool of its customers.
So I request you to take action against the same.
