I booked a ticket on travolook on 24/06/2021in name of Diksha Rathi which got cancelled as travolook was not able to process it.
Its been more then 2 months now and I have not received my refund.
I had called their Customer Support several times and I get a new date every time. I ask for an Email confirmation and they never sent it to me. I am really fed up of them now.
