Text of Complaint by Rajni Bala:

Booked from EaseMyTrip and Flight was cancelled for 11th May by Go Air and we get notification on 8th May and we did all necessary things but is it more than a month and no refund initiated yet and even they are not replying back on the mails ….only Ease my trip replying that they did all the proceedings for refund but the travel partner i.e. Go First is not giving the refund to their account so please help
