My name is Aatif Salauddin Sakharkar.
Order no is 408-7724447-7217125.
I purchased a cell phone Samsung Galaxy M21.
The first product I received was damaged . I returned that and amazon gave me a replacement .
The other phone which I received was working properly so I requested for a refund.
The product was been returned by on 22nd Jun 2020.
Today is 02nd Jul 2020.
Getting different responses from amazon.
Someone refund is been auto processed from the day I had returned the product .
Someone said I wil receive my refund in my account on or before Jul 02nd 2020 as estimated time to reach product to fulfillment center is 27th jun 2020.
Now I called yesterday again and someone name Vishnu told me that my product hasnt been reached the fullfillment center so refund will be processed after that.
I was amazed to here that .
These people are asking me to call the credit card company to cancel the Emi .
My credit card company has nothing to do with this .
They just need thier money which I had used to buy this cell phone.
Amazon people are making fake promises.
Totally dissatisfied with the way they work.
They are not refunding my amount.
I dont know what to do next.
Sent multiplw emails and made calls . Still not resolved.
