I was paying rs 1256.45 on 14th may. Payment was done and order was not received. Then the lady asked me to pay again and the money I paid earlier would be refunded but I have not received a refund till date. Place: KFC city centre, Siliguri, West Bengal.
Then I approached KFC India with my complaint.They asked me to share the details of the payment. I shared them all. Then they asked me to wait. I Waited for two or more weeks but they did not refund my money. I again texted the. The again asked me to wait. Now it has been two months after the issue, KFC India did nothing to resolved the issue. I want the refund.
