I booked tickets via travolook, they had canceled the ticket and said will give refund within 6 days.
I have been calling them again and again. But evertime I call them they say it will take 5 days more. This has continued ever since and it’s 17 days untill today.
No proper initiative taken by the company.
Very pethatic service.
Please don’t go to these sites to book ticker.
